Stephen Sondheim show in fine Company at fortyfivedownstairs
Home-grown music theatre company Watch This has only been around for a handful of years but in that time has set a track record that would be the envy of companies of any age.
Stephen Sondheim seems to be the specialty: 2013’s sell-out season of Assassins scored three Green Room nominations while the subsequent Pacific Overtures gained eight.
The latest venture is a production of Company, one of Sondheim’s most acclaimed and beloved works.
Kat Henry will direct while Isaac Hayward and Michael Ralph will be the musical director and choreographer, respectively.
The season plays fortyfivedownstairs in September.
