Confused and naive\, he meets two strangers: the ultra-urban Will\, who offers brotherhood\, sex and something unexpected; and Peter\, a fifty-year-old gay man whose mother is dying in a nursing home. With their help (or hindrance)\, Shane struggles to reconcile himself with events from his past. But how can he move on when he can’t even use laundry powder? \nDirected by Green Room nominee Daniel Lammin (Master Class and Awakening)\, this timely new production features a stellar cast – AACTA and Logie winner Simon Burke (Malthouse Theatre’s The Homosexuals and Foxtel’s Devils Playground)\, recent Helpmann Award winner Guy Simon (MTC’s Jasper Jones)\, and Wil King (The Production Company’s La Cage Aux Folles). \n*Winner of the 2006 NSW Premier’s Literary Award for Best Play \n“There’s a certain delicate beauty in the simply honesty of Tommy Murphy’s writing” Australian Stage \n“Full of laughs… a charming and often exhilarating experience” Sunday Telegraph \n“A profoundly touching play… performed with humour and sensitivity” Stage Whispers \n  \n\n  \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Cast and Creatives” tab_id=”1452941644640-19a0de81-e87a0201-342dcb0a-2ec9a177-581a2513-a5c51f1f-8993a3c4-5ca5″][vc_column_text]Cast – Simon Burke\, Guy Simon and Wil King \nDirector – Daniel Lammin \nProducers – Cameron Lukey and Andy Johnston (Don’t Be Down Productions) \nStage Manager – Cassandra Fumi  \nSet and Costume Designer – Abbie-Lea Hough \nLighting Designer – Rob Sowinski  \nSound Designer – Raya Slavin[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Ticket Prices and Concessions” tab_id=”1452941768731-94b426f3-57530201-342dcb0a-2ec9a177-581a2513-a5c51f1f-8993a3c4-5ca5″][vc_column_text]\nTicket Prices:\nPreview: $35\,\nStudent Preview: $20\, \nFull: $45\,\nConcession: $38\,\nGroup 6+: $38\, \nConcessions:\nPensioners/Full-time students/MEAA members \n  \nNO BOOKING FEE SURCHARGE[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_tabs][vc_empty_space]Buy Tickets [/vc_column][/vc_row]
