Clarinet maverick, Ed Ferris is rapidly creating a name for himself as an exciting performer, teacher, and conductor of young ensembles in Australia. As a performer, Ed is versatility personified. Blending breakneck virtuosity, soulful musicality and a larrikin charm, Ed has given sold out performance with the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Orchestra, junk-yard-gypsy folk band, Eyal & the Skeleton Crew, and the avant-garde Forest Collective. Ed is also a sought-after teacher, conductor and clinician. He has worked with young musicians at Border Music Camp (NSW), Melbourne Youth Orchestras and in numerous Victorian Schools. Passionate about music education, in 2016, Ed toured regional Victoria with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’s education team, delivering workshops and performances to primary and high school students.

The works of Melbourne based cellist Stephanie Arnold combine music performance with oral histories and storytelling. Since completing a Master of Music from Musikhochschule Lubeck, Germany, Stephanie has spent the last few years developing works using edited interview material in live musical performances. Her work ‘Across the Water’, a collaboration with composer Robert Davidson, was awarded the Oral History Victoria 2017 Innovation Award. Stephanie tours regularly for Opera Australia and performs with chamber ensembles such as Solstice Trio, Arko Symphonic Ensemble, Inventi Ensemble and OzanToprak’s Ocean Project.

Morna Hu is a Melbourne based pianist, teacher and concert presenter. Having performed throughout Australia and Europe as a chamber musician and orchestral pianist, Morna founded Classical Revolution Melbourne in 2012, with the intention of sharing classical music in casual settings, culminating in performances at White Night 2016. In 2015, Morna undertook a Fellowship at the Australian National Academy of Music, during which she created a series of concerts and workshops for the City of Port Phillip. In 2017, Morna developed and performed Once Upon a Tune, an interactive musical story time for Melbourne City Council. In 2018 Morna will be touring Once Upon a Tune regionally on behalf of Regional Arts Victoria.
